Beyond Lightweight. Engineering Titanium for the Track and the Road.

In motorsport, weight is the enemy - but it is never the only one. Titanium alloys have long been the fastener material of choice in Formula 1 and MotoGP, not merely for their strength-to-weight ratio, but for what that ratio enables: faster suspension response, reduced unsprung mass, and a chassis that reacts with surgical precision. A TIHRJ titanium fastener, at equivalent strength grades, weighs approximately 43% less than its steel counterpart. That is not a statistic. It is a competitive advantage.

Yet lightness alone does not win races. Extreme braking zones and sustained high-load corners generate heat that softens ordinary steel. Titanium retains its structural integrity where steel begins to yield. Its inherent chemical stability resists corrosion from moisture, road salts, and aggressive brake dust - no rust, no galvanic degradation, no hidden fatigue over seasons of use. These are the same properties that make titanium indispensable in aerospace, defense, and chemical processing. We simply adapted them for the garage.

For over a decade, TIHRJ has pursued a single philosophy: mechanical excellence should not be anonymous. Every product we design is a deliberate rejection of the ordinary. Our TC4 titanium alloys are forged, not cast - and every surface, every thread, every chamfer is realized through precision CNC machining. Tensile strength is consistently held between 950 and 1050 MPa, significantly exceeding the industry benchmark of 895 MPa for commercial-grade components. This margin is not accidental. It is our minimum.

Surface treatment is where engineering meets identity. Drawing on years of proprietary finishing processes, TIHRJ combines PVD vacuum nitriding coating, fine bead blasting, and hard anodizing to produce a palette of enduring colors - not merely for aesthetics, but for added surface hardness and corrosion resistance. Each finish is as durable as it is distinctive.

We do not make fasteners. We make fasteners for those who know the difference. For the builder who reads torque specs before bed. For the driver who hears a change in exhaust note and knows exactly what it means. TIHRJ is not for everyone. It is for you.
