Titanium pie cut 15° 1.2mm
- HIGH STANDARD MATERIAL: Made from titanium with a wall thickness of 1.2mm, this is one of the most durable custom exhaust materials available.
- BACKBLOWED TO ENSURE DURABILITY: The part is tig welded with neat, consistent welds and backblown with a filler rod to ensure long-lasting performance.
- PREMIUM FINISH: The entire section is finished in a uniform brushed finish.
- Maximum Airflow: The pre-welded section is pie cut with a uniform radius throughout the bend for the most efficient airflow compared to mandrel bends with slightly collapsed tubes.
- EASY INSTALLATION: Deburred and polished tube ends can be welded directly to the project or attached to a V-band for easy clamping. Rigorously inspected to ensure flush mounting.
- MADE IN CHINA: Titanium comes from China and is made in the Titanium Valley - Baoji, Shaanxi.

Our 90° Curved Pie Cutter is supplied in a pack of 6 pieces. Each piece has a total angle of 15° (7.5° per side) and a total bend angle of 90°. To easily calculate the bend angle of a pie cutter, multiply the total angle of the pieces by the total number of pieces. For example, 15° x 6 pieces = 90°.
