The Manufacturing Process Of Titanium Exhaust Tailpipe
Industrial pure titanium TA2 or TC4 is often used for the production of titanium tailpipe, and the thickness of the plate or pipe is selected according to the design requirements, usually 1-3mm. There are three types of forming processes, namely cold stamping, CNC machining and tube bending.
TIG welding (argon arc welding) or laser welding is often used for welding technology. TIG welding requires high-purity argon protection to prevent titanium oxidation at high temperatures.
